Confirmation of Aboriginality & Ancestral Line Forms

The Dunghutti Elders Council (Aboriginal Corporation) provides two essential forms to support community members in confirming their Aboriginal heritage and recording their family lineage.

  • Confirmation of Aboriginality Form: Confirms a person’s Aboriginal descent and community recognition within the Dunghutti and Kempsey areas.
  • Aboriginal Ancestral Line Form: Allows individuals to document their genealogy and ancestral connections through their family line.

Please download, complete, and return the relevant form to the Dunghutti Elders Council office for processing
